Senior Manager of Development - Bedrock Renewables

Molly Dunton is a Senior Manager of Development at Bedrock Renewables. With six years of wind energy development experience, including advancing a 3GW pipeline at Vestas North America from origination through transaction, she has experienced firsthand the issues that delay projects as well as the solutions that get them unstuck. Molly has a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and worked for eight years in the non-profit sector before joining the utility-scale renewables workforce.

Assistant Director of Labor Education - Cornell ILR Climate Jobs Institute

Zach Cunningham is a faculty member and the Assistant Director of Labor Education at the Cornell ILR Climate Jobs Institute. In this role, Cunningham works with labor leaders and members, legislative partners, and state-based climate jobs coalitions to develop educational programs and resources that deepen their engagement and leadership in the fight to tackle climate change through high-quality, union job creation. Cunningham also directs the Climate Jobs Institute’s programming in New York State. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University and Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell’s ILR School, and he currently serves as a Vice President for the United Association for Labor Education and as a member of the City of Albany Sustainability Commission.

Executive Director – New York Solar Energy Industries Association (NYSEIA)

Noah Ginsburg currently serves as the Executive Director at the New York Solar Energy Industries Association (NYSEIA), which is recognized as New York's leading trade association dedicated to the growth of distributed solar and energy storage solutions. The overarching mission of NYSEIA is to significantly accelerate the deployment of solar and storage technologies throughout New York State. Additionally, the organization is committed to advancing the solar industry through a comprehensive approach that includes policy and advocacy efforts, public education initiatives, capacity-building programs for its members, and the development of strategic initiatives aimed at fostering a sustainable energy future.

Director of Policy – Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA)

Kevin Reilly is Director of Policy at the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA), where he has been on staff since 2006. As an advocate for construction laborers, he specializes in public policy issues related to construction procurement, the Davis-Bacon Act and prevailing wages, apprenticeship, and energy regulation. He represents LIUNA and its more than half a million members on various boards, committees, and working groups alongside building trades unions, construction employers, non-profits, and state and federal government officials. In 2020, he served on the Infrastructure Policy Committee for the Biden-Harris Campaign. Reilly holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Director of Policy and Research - Climate Jobs New York

Josh Kellermann is the Director of Policy and Research for Climate Jobs New York, where he leads work at the intersection of climate action and workers' rights. Previously, Josh spent seven years as the Director of Public Policy at the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU). Josh holds both a law degree and a Master's in International Studies from the University of Oregon.

Kevin Schulte is the Chief Executive Officer of GreenSpark Solar, a mission-driven renewable energy company he co-founded in 2002, then known as Sustainable Energy Developments. 

Kevin has guided GreenSpark’s evolution into a nationally recognized top solar and battery installer known for quality, innovation, and values. Under his leadership, the company has earned recognition as the #1 New York State Installer, one of the Top 10 EPCs for Community Solar in the nation, one of Rochester’s fastest-growing privately owned businesses, and a seven-time Rochester Top Workplace.

A longtime clean energy advocate, Kevin is actively engaged in renewable energy policy and works to expand access to affordable, locally generated power. He serves on the boards of the Amicus Solar Cooperative and the New York Solar Energy Industries Association (NYSEIA), helping shape the future of solar at both the state and national levels.
