Assistant Director of Labor Education - Cornell ILR Climate Jobs Institute

Zach Cunningham is a faculty member and Assistant Director of Labor Education at the Cornell ILR Climate Jobs Institute. He works with labor leaders, legislative partners, and state-based climate jobs coalitions to develop programs and resources that strengthen leadership in addressing climate change through high-quality union job creation. Cunningham also directs the Institute’s New York State programming. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell’s ILR School. He serves as Vice President of the United Association for Labor Education and as a member of the City of Albany Sustainability Commission.

Senior Manager of Development - Bedrock Renewables

Molly Dunton is a Senior Manager of Development at Bedrock Renewables. With six years of wind energy development experience, including advancing a 3GW pipeline at Vestas North America from origination through transaction, she has experienced firsthand the issues that delay projects as well as the solutions that get them unstuck. Molly has a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and worked for eight years in the non-profit sector before joining the utility-scale renewables workforce.

Executive Director – New York Solar Energy Industries Association (NYSEIA)

Noah Ginsburg currently serves as the Executive Director at the New York Solar Energy Industries Association (NYSEIA), which is recognized as New York's leading trade association dedicated to the growth of distributed solar and energy storage solutions. The overarching mission of NYSEIA is to significantly accelerate the deployment of solar and storage technologies throughout New York State. Additionally, the organization is committed to advancing the solar industry through a comprehensive approach that includes policy and advocacy efforts, public education initiatives, capacity-building programs for its members, and the development of strategic initiatives aimed at fostering a sustainable energy future.

Director of Policy and Research - Climate Jobs New York

Josh Kellermann is the Director of Policy and Research for Climate Jobs New York, where he leads policy and research initiatives at the intersection of climate action, economic development, and workers’ rights. His work helps advance practical strategies that support a just transition to a clean-energy economy while creating high-quality, family-sustaining union jobs. Before joining Climate Jobs New York, Kellermann spent seven years as Director of Public Policy for the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU), advocating on behalf of workers and supporting policies that strengthen labor standards and economic opportunity. He holds a law degree and a Master’s in International Studies from the University of Oregon.

Director of Policy – Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA)

Kevin Reilly is Director of Policy at the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA), where he has been on staff since 2006. As an advocate for construction laborers, he specializes in public policy issues related to construction procurement, the Davis-Bacon Act and prevailing wages, apprenticeship, and energy regulation. He represents LIUNA and its more than half a million members on various boards, committees, and working groups alongside building trades unions, construction employers, non-profits, and state and federal government officials. In 2020, he served on the Infrastructure Policy Committee for the Biden-Harris Campaign. Reilly holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Anne Reynolds is currently a strategic advisor to NY-BEST, the battery industry trade association for New York State. Anne has experience in and out of government as an advocate for clean energy and environmental protection. Prior to her current consulting practice, she was the VP for Offshore Wind at the American Clean Power Association, the Executive Director of the Alliance for Clean Energy New York, and a deputy commissioner at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation`

Head of Project Development - Zenobe (United States Divison)

James Robinson is Head of Project Development for Zenobē’s U.S. team, leading battery energy storage development across the company’s portfolio. His work includes land acquisition, permitting, and development engineering for projects that strengthen grid reliability and accelerate the clean-energy transition. Robinson brings more than a decade of renewable-energy development experience, with a focus on energy storage projects across NYISO, PJM, ERCOT, and ISO-NE. Before Zenobē, he served as Director of Energy Storage at Euclid Power and as a Senior Project Development Manager at Strata Clean Energy. He holds engineering degrees from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.

Mario Roefaro is the Vice President of Community & Government Relations at the New York Power Authority, where he has spent 16 years building strong partnerships with communities and government leaders across New York State. Mario leads NYPA’s outreach and stakeholder engagement strategy, supporting major clean energy, transmission, and other statewide initiatives while ensuring communities remain informed and engaged throughout New York’s energy transition

Kevin Schulte is the CEO of GreenSpark Solar, the mission-driven renewable energy company he co-founded in 2002. He has guided the company’s growth into a nationally recognized solar and battery installer, known for quality, innovation, and values. Under his leadership, GreenSpark has earned recognition as New York State’s top installer, a leading national community-solar EPC, and a multiple-time Rochester Top Workplace. A longtime clean-energy advocate, Schulte works to expand access to affordable, locally generated power. He serves on the boards of the Amicus Solar Cooperative and the New York Solar Energy Industries Association (NYSEIA), helping advance solar policy and the clean-energy transition at both the state and national levels.

Communications Director - ACE NY

Barry Wygel is Communications Director for the Alliance for Clean Energy New York (ACE NY), where he uses his background in public relations, media, and storytelling to advance awareness of climate change and support clean-energy development across the state. He brings more than a decade of communications experience to ACE NY’s mission.
Before joining ACE NY in 2023, Wygel served as a Senior Account Executive and Creative Services Manager at Baker Public Relations, leading campaigns for clients ranging from startups to national corporations. Earlier, he was a television reporter for Spectrum News in Albany, where his “Wygel at Work” series earned two New York State Emmy nominations. He holds a B.A. in Journalism from SUNY Oswego.
